The scandalous bailouts of large corporations reveal disturbing stats in the CEO salary surveys

While most Americans are struggling to make ends meet, a certain elite segment of working individuals seem to enjoy yearly incomes that most of us do not enjoy in an entire lifetime of hard work. Just a few short months ago, the American public learned that there were massive failures in the staunch, long established institutions, such as the banks, mortgage lenders and automobile manufacturers.

In a moment we’ll comapre this to National Agents Alliance. We were told that our government became suddenly aware of these facts and that our Congress and Senate had to move quickly to avoid the catastrophic failure of these behemoth corporations.

We were told that these disastrous events had just fallen out of nowhere, but that we’d better be quick on our feet to rescue these failing institutions. With weekly, monthly and quarterly results reported on Wall Street, you’re forced to wonder how such massive incompetence could have failed to be noticed much sooner.

After the Enron scam, you might have thought that this couldn’t happen again. Surely the SEC, Congress and the Senate should have taken steps to see that these corporate practices had more oversight and accountability.

You might also have thought that an examination of their balance sheets would require immediate attention, including a good look at CEO salary surveys conducted for each of these potential bailout candidates, such as was conducted recently by the Associated Press. Wrong.

When the AP did its own research, the results of their CEO salary survey revealed some truly outrageous data. Here’s just a peek at what they discovered.

Among CEOs of Standard and Poor’s 500 companies, the average CEO was paid $10.5 million, not including stock options, chauffeured rides and other such lovely perks.

Based only on the CEO’s salary, how does this compare to the average American worker’s paycheck? The lucky, but only average, CEO takes home about 350 times your paycheck every year! If you’re working a minimum wage job, that same average CEO enjoys a take home approximating 900 times your income! Can you say absurd?

There’s only 1 thing to do about this in my opinion. You must become the CEO and that’s exactly what I’ve done with National Agents Alliance. Not only must you become the CEO, but to keep your position you must help others become the CEO of their own business as well.

But wait it gets better. Another executive and CEO salary survey examined the compensation received by top equity fund managers in the private sector. Their average, yearly pay approached the $600 million dollar mark.

If you have trouble wrapping your brain around this number, this is about 20,000 times that of your average American worker. One startling statistic comes in the form of CEO John Paulson, of Paulson & Co., whose annual compensation was $3.7 billion!

The “ladder” is too high and you don’t have enough time to climb it in your life time. Your only escape is to flip the ladder upside down and start out as the CEO, and build down. National Agents Alliance provides the perfect opportunity to climb down the ladder becuase the system is already in place. YOU just have to follow it.

When you consider that an individual who earns a mere $1 million per year could easily, with sound investments and a 5-year plan, retire with enough money to sustain the next few generations of his family, it’s easy to see that the CEO salary survey demonstrates that not one of these outrageously compensated CEOs can possibly be worth what they’re paid. The President of the United States certainly does not make this kind of money and bears far more responsibility.

Another fact which must be included in the discussion is that the companies who are being ‘rescued’ are headed by CEOs who obviously failed in their responsibilities. Had they succeeded, they would not be in need of rescuing.

The bottom line conclusion in the CEO salary survey results is that the taxpayers, for a couple of generations to come, will be paying for these individuals greed and incompetence. Too bad for YOU but you can still do something about it by exiting the corporate rat race and becoming your own CEO with National Agents Alliance.

Now read about the insurance sales training with NAA Power Players.

NAA provides the mortgage protection opportunity to over 1 million families every week by sending recent home buyers a benefits introduction letter. NAA employs a couple thousand insurance agents to provide this protection to mortgagers through their robust lead system.

NAA is quickly growing into the largest mortgage protection insurance company in America by enabling entrepreneurs to build their own mortgage protection insurance business through NAA’s leadership.

New agents learn the NAA mortgage protection sales system and then pass down that knowledge to their agents. Take your time to browse the rest of this web site as you should find everything you need to know about NAA mortgage protection right here.

Do you have a insurance compliant about NAA? What seems to be the trouble? About a year ago when I partnered with NAA from another financial company I also was looking for NAA insurance complaints.

After hours upon hours of research here is what I found. Most insurance complaints about NAA were agents who had tried the naa insurance sales system and failed. In a nutshell, they purchased leads from NAA and didn’t make enough money to stay in the insurance business.

The fact is that 9 out of 10 people who even attempt the insurance sales business fail. It just so happens that NAA is the leading provider of mortgage protection leads in America. People that get into the system usually come from other industries all together, some never having sold anything in their life.

Let’s face it. NAA provides insurance leads but it’s still a sales position. Actually, the sale is made in the insurance sales business through your relationship, and not the product. People who join thinking their going to fly away with success because they purchased a few leads are dead wrong. Most of the time, it’s the attitude that people need to work on to become successful with NAA Insurance.

So what happens is, the people who have bad attitudes (and of course the loudest voices) give the NAA insurance business a try and end up complaining because they’re not willing to work on themselves to get the results they desire.

It’s sad that people think an entire business is built on just the leads but people actually believe it. Sure, it’s true that nearly 200 people made 6 figure income in 2009 and there are multiple agents earning over a million dollars with the system but they either had a good attitude to start or they worked on themselves over time to get to where they are.

When people complain in life about anything, they are placing blame. That’s all a complaint really is. It’s blame replacement which is a weak and dependent place to come from. When you complain and refuse to accept responsibility for your failure you prevent yourself from ever changing your results.

When you take responsibility for your results then you empower yourself to change your results by changing your own actions. Fortunately for me, I knew all this when I was reading NAA insurance complaints because I had already spent a lot of time developing my mind with personal growth books, audios and seminars since 1995.

So when I read the insurance complaints I immediately understood the circumstance. What really hit home for me was when I went on my first 3 appointments and made 1 sale resulting in a $2,700 commission that was deposited directly top my account.

I could merely laugh at every NAA insurance complaint I read online after that. I couldn’t response to all of them because how would that be a good use of my time? So I created this web page as my response.

Hopefully those people who tried and failed will come back and give it a try under new leadership. Hopefully this page about NAA insurance complaints met your needs and if not continue to explore the links on this page. Thank you.

Let’s say you are moving to small town where you will be conducting your business as insurance agent for National Agents Alliance and you don’t really know anybody. Here are the tips that can help you with these roadblocks:

1. Get to know other business owners

Find out how did they start? How long they were in business? What were the first steps they took? What challenges did they have to face? How did they end up in this town? Listen carefully and evaluate what worked and what didn’t. This information can help tremendously in making the right decision about whether to start or not and what strategy to use.

2. It is all about the first impression

Make sure that when you start your business you are remembered and recognized as someone who is trustworthy and accountable. Small town people are more intimate and like to talk about what is new. So let people know what you doing and who you are.

3. Do market research

Find out who else is in insurance industry and get to know them. Take time to discover their reputation.

4. Familiarize yourself with local regulations

Make sure that your business is legit and that you have proper insurance for conducting sales.

5. Know your community

Will your market come from second and third generation local residents? Or are you serving those who relocated recently from urban areas?

6. Build relationships

Attract key leaders in town and ask for referrals.

And in a small town, you’ll be expected to be a super-citizen. Choose alliances and sponsorships carefully. Prepare for all sorts of friendly requests to donate time, materials and money.

National Agents Alliance is the # 1 provider of mortgage protection leads in the nation. Below is a good resource you can use when shopping for mortgage protection.

1. How much insurance do I need?

Calculating the amount of insurance a family needs is unique to each individual. It really depends on two things, your personal goals and your budget. Your budget is really the most important because that will dictate how much you can afford. Monthly premiums range from $5 to as high as $10,000 depending on your unique situation. The best way to start is to ask yourself the difficult question, what would change if something would happen to me?

In addition to emotional loss there will be a financial loss of income. Some families are able to afford a policy that will pay off the home, provide the spouse with a lifetime income and send the children to college.

Most families just starting out are able to simply provide enough to pay off the house so the spouse only has to earn enough to pay bills.

Yet, many families are only able to provide enough money to keep the family in the home for 5 years giving them enough time to adjust and sell the home without a loss. There is more than one way to calculate your insurance need.

Here is a financial work sheet you can use to get started.

Death Benefit

Add the following:

+ Mortgage Balance

+ Other Debt

+ Families Annual Expenses X 50 years

+ College for children

+ Other

Total Need = _______________

Now subtract what assets you have available to cover what you need.

- Existing Insurance Policies (Do not include group plans.)

Total Need = _______________

2. How should I include my policy at work?

This day in age the average worker stays at his company for 3 years. Each time you change companies you lose your benefits and must reapply for new.

As you grow older you naturally become less healthy, more prone to sickness and weakness thus reducing your chances to ever obtain protection outside of your company.

You can never be assured that your company will offer the right amount of coverage for your situation.

A rule of thumb is to consider any decent offering in your company benefits as icing on the cake and not to use the benefits in calculating your insurance needs.

3. Which is right for me – Term or permanent mortgage protection insurance ?

The answer to this question completely depends on your goals. Permanent coverage will require a slightly larger monthly outlay of cash but you are guaranteed to have that coverage forever.

If the decision is between waiting to afford permanent coverage vs buying term now, always buy term now and convert to permanent coverage later. Waiting is never worth the risk of not qualifying for coverage later.

How do you know if you need the coverage forever or just for the short term? That’s easy. Do you plan on being wealthy and having a significant taxable estate or will you just be scraping by?

Having permanent life insurance in your plan can substantially maximize the legacy you leave behind, increase your tax free income in retirement, provide for college expenses, and pay for final expenses including services and taxes.

4. How can I find the lowest price for insurance?

The life insurance industry is a government regulated industry so the prices most all fall within a certain range which makes them not much better than each other.

Shopping for life insurance can be a draining, time consuming task and 99% of the time you come to find out the $20 you thought you saved in premium is for people in the best of health like professional athletes and Olympians, a whopping .001% of the population.

You will also notice that all of the online quote tools make reference in fine print to something like this “subject to more detailed application review and medical exam.” You end up wasting a lot of your time for savings that never really existed in the first place.

The best use of your time is with a qualified agent helping you determine your needs with his expertise in the industry to find the best possible match for you.

5. Where can I buy life insurance?

You can buy insurance over the internet, over the phone, and or in person. Because life insurance has so many features that accomplish different goals, the best way to understand what you qualify for and what is appropriate for your family is to meet a qualified agent at your home.

Remember, that an agent willing to take the time to drive to your home, sit down at your kitchen table, look you and your family square in the eyes and help you determine what your needs are based on your unique family goals is someone you want to do business with.

It’s a shame how many agents out there will try to spend 5 quick minutes over the phone with you for a quick commission and then you’ll never hear from them again.

What’s even more challenging is reaching folks over the phone these days. (Push 1 for sales, push 2 for ……..”Ahhh, can I please just talk to a person!”)

As far as the internet goes… how is a computer supposed to understand me and my family’s unique needs?

6. How can I get the lowest premiums available?

Health, hobbies and lifestyle. All of the following result in higher rates: smoking, over weight, high risk hobbies (sky diving, scuba diving, cliff climbing etc),poor driving record and criminal history.

If you are in a situation where you would like to change some of these habits and you are contemplating waiting to apply for coverage, don’t!

By waiting you run the risk of attracting a more serious disease due to your current behavior and you may never qualify for insurance again.

The best thing is to apply for coverage under your current condition and when you improve or change your condition you can retake a medical exam and get your premiums lowered or apply for new coverage.

7. How to get more insurance for less $.

The best time to buy for insurance is when you are young. Contrary to what many people think, (You shouldn’t buy insurance unless you have kids.) buying insurance when you are young guarantees that you will have insurance even if you attract some condition in the future.

For the less than a soda per day you can guarantee coverage for yourself and your future family.

Also, be conscious of your birthday. Some companies rate you by your last birthay (which is best) or your nearest birthday thus effecting your rates.

The insurance works similar to most products. The more you buy, the cheaper it gets. You are usually best off buying at a price break like $250k, 500k, or a million to save the most money.

8. How long of a term is right for me?

Determining the length of your coverage has everything to do with your personal goals. Refer back to question # 1.

9. Should I buy a policy for my children?

Refer to question # 7. In addition to guaranteeing coverage for a child when he is young, a insurance policy can also jump start a child’s retirement savings replacing the disappearing social security income.

10. What ratings should I look for ? Buy from a financially strong company.

The insurance company should have an “A” rating or higher from rating agencies such as A.M. Best, Standard & Poor’s, Duff & Phelps, Weiss, Moody’s and Fitch Ratings.

Here are a couple bonus questions.

11. How often should I review my policy?

You should review your policy annually. Be aware of old rate tables which may dramatically result in you paying higher premiums than necessary.

Your life insurance needs will change over the years when you buy property, marry, divorce, have a child or start caring for an aging parent.

By reviewing annually with your agent you can rest assured that your family is protected and aware of any changes in your policy or the industry.

12. Do I have to take a medical exam?

You have the choice of taking a medical exam or not. Many people are pressured into taking a medical exams to obtain lower rates and often it backfires causing them to be rated up and costing them even more money than if they would have become insured without a medical exam.

In some cases, people are even declined due to a surprise found in their medical exam.

Had they not taken the medical exam and not known about their condition they would have been answering the health questions honestly and qualified for protection without a medical exam.
